Disappointed

Location is great. Easy check-in and checkout. The laundry room is down the hall from unit. There isn’t anything special about this unit. The owner is only interested in making money on this unit. There is isn’t anything that has been upgraded. Ice cube trays leak. Missing towels racks. Towels are old. Day we checked in the unit had a strong smell like something burning. We called and reported the odor. The smell lasted for several days. The fan in the bathroom needs cleaning. The blanket we took down from the closet had hair all over it, like it was never washed. Which was gross. It seems they only have a very basic cleaning done.The kitchen floor hasn’t had a good deep cleaning because I dropped something and when I was wiping it up my paper towel was black. Like the floor was very dirty and hasn’t been deeply cleaned. We will definitely not rent this place again.

Great combo

Building had great facilities, a small market, pool , gym. Didn't find super close to Waikiki and quite noisy at night with the windows open. Other than that the whole process was easy. Until we finally got a hold of the manager via what's app he was responding our messages via the app. Would recommend and stay again

Perfect location and price

Exactly as expected. Very short walk to beach which was perfect. Kept you away from all the tourist but close enough to walk down in a few minute. Two rooms allowed the wife to work in one while I was in the other. Great little balcony with canal views and mountain views. Parking was always available though the parking garage is a tight to manuever. Better parking than paying elsewhere.

bright and clean room

Condo itself was very clean and pleasant to stay at. Would have preferred to be outside of Waikiki in a neighborhood and not in a high rise, but those properties no longer are offered. So was forced to stay downtown - being out to visit family in Hawaii Kai, it would have been a better stay if we didn't have to drive in and out of downtown multiple times daily. This was an unfortunate circumstance that could not be avoided, but had an impact on our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent—close to beach, shops, restaurants yet off the beaten path. Loved the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Ala Wai golf course and mountain range. Included parking was a real plus! Property manager was most cordial and helpful!

The unit was very clean with all kitchen amenities included. I love that it comes with parking at no additional charge. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property manager, Byron is always reachable and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend this place.

Nice stay for travel and the beach

We had a very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beach towels etc. Its a very busy and tourist area, but the beach and restaurants were close. No big grocery store was nearby. The property manager was very kond and helpful!

easy check in process. byron was very helpful. location is perfect. view of diamond head, few blocks from beach, zoo, restaurants, food trucks. pool was 1-2ft, perfect for my 4yo learning to swim. parking included! had a very comfortable stay!
