There is no checking in desk. This a privately owned condo so just proceed directly to your condo and enter your entry door code. This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services. Guests have access to all amenities in the building.
Do You Need A Car in Waikiki? You DO NOT need a car in Waikiki. Everything in Waikiki is within walking distance. There is little parking in Waikiki, and what parking there is, is very expensive. We recommend that all visitors rent a car for just 1-2 days after arriving to drive around the island but 80% of your time will be walking around and enjoying Waikiki. It is recommended that you book online rather than walking up to the counter in Hawaii to rent a car. You will save around 30%. There is also an Advantage Car Rental desk right by the front desk in the lobby. Did you know to walk from one end of Waikiki Beach to the other end is just a 25 minute walk? That is it. Visiting locations Visiting locations on this side of the island is a snap without a car. There are tons of companies that service the whole area with super inexpensive shuttle bus service. For example, for just $11 round trip, they pick you up at the front door and take you to Hanama Bay, includes snorkel, mask and fins. Same price to the huge flea market at Aloha Stadium. Pearl Harbour is also appx. $14 round trip with shuttle bus and you get inside info from the drivers.
Parking: Valet Parking is $45 per day. Other options include parking at the outside public parking on the ocean side of the building behind our beach ramp in designated spots for $1 an hour. There are machines at each lot that take credit card or cash payments. The free parking on the left side is from 6:30am to 10:30pm, outside those hours all cars are towed away so read all signs posted.
Red Lobster Parking Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

SMOKING POLICY (STRICT) The Ilikai is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including: Inside the unit On the lanai Common areas Violations incur fines of $250â$500. No Pets or Parties Allowed.
CLOTHING, LAUNDRY & STORAGE Clothing, towels, or laundry may not be hung from lanais, windows, or doors. Items must not be visible from outside the unit.
FIRE SPRINKLER SAFETY Nothing may be hung from, attached to, or placed near any fire sprinkler. Tampering will cause flooding and severe damage. Guests are responsible for all damages caused by improper use.

Excellent communication with host⊠condo as described, clean, quiet, restful; small business in lobby and nearby provided smaller meals. Pool popular but big enough to actually swim and not just paddle around. Beach beautiful but sand rocky, so bring water shoes. With small children, open balcony could be a problem, though lovely view. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Helena!
We had an amazing time at this resort. I think we enjoyed the view and pool the most. All the amenities the hotel offered were a bonus including washer and dryer and a market inside the hotel or ABC store across the street and being centrally located was perfect! The VIEW!! I think all 4 of us left a piece of our heart there. Really was so peaceful enjoying coffee and lunch on the balcony. We made the naughty list 1 time because we left a bikini on the rail to dry. Donât do that.. lol The condo was the perfect size for us as weâre pretty tidy people. Kitchen is perfect and we were really happy there were beach chairs, snorkel gear and blankets for the beach to use. We watched a rooftop luau from the balcony for FREE. We will be back in December and this will definitely be our 1st choice stay again. Mahalo
We really appreciated the clean, quiet, and great location of this condo. Staying on that end of Waikiki was better overall, although we could easily walk to the hustle and bustle. So cool to watch fireworks on the balcony. The pics are a true representation of the unit. If you have an easy going low maintenance family of 4, this place works well. Helena gave us all the details we needed.
The condo was in a great location with a view of ocean and lagoon. Wonderful pool! We were within walking distance to beach and next store to Hawaiin Hilton with its restaurants and shops. The Ala Moana Mall is close. Condo was adequate but outdated.
Had a wonderful stay here. Place was clean. Great view of the Friday fireworks. Close to Ala Moana mall and buses to Waikiki stop in front of the building. Host is quick to answer questions and provide check in info. The only minor issue, if you plan on cooking, some of the pots and pans have a lot of scratches in them.
Property was clean and looked just like photos online. It was great to have a kitchen with large island. Other family members stayed in different units and it was nice to meet up in the restaurant and pools. Beach was very close by. We had no issues and didnât need to call for help. Great place to make memories!
We chose this for location. Excellent location, beautiful views. Room is quaint and as listed, after staying I am not sure we would do more than 3 people though. Otherwise, there just isnât room! Deck is great to sit on, air conditioner worked almost too good. Overall we are very happy with this stay. Host was communicative and upfront.
The customer service was amazing! The location was incredible! The condo was ok- a little more run down than I expected. We encountered a couple of issues but Marcela was quick to request to fix however once in our room and settled we did not want to wait for the fix and therefore dealt with the issue.

Location, location, location - Fantastic and amazing view from the balcony.
Great value, very clean and being on the 15th floor it provided us with a beautiful view of the ocean, lagoon, beach and the wonderful fireworks on the Friday night.
Condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/lounge with comfortable beds, couch, tv, radio, lighting, air conditioning for a great stay including extras like beach towels, beach chair/mat.
Access was easy and secure.
Very good communications with owner and representatives was fast and informative.
This was our 6th stay at the Ilikai and very happy to highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Helena's condo was excellent. The view from the balcony was beautiful (we especially enjoyed the free Friday fireworks show which was amazingly close.)
The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to help cut down on the dining expenses during our trip. The condo building has great ammenities like a heated outdoor pool, surfboard or car rental, restaurants, and a convenience market downstairs. The condo also had gear available for us to borrow when visiting the lagoon or the beach which is less than 5 minutes walk.
Helena was super responsive when we needed her and did all she could to make sure our trip was memorable. We are glad to have stayed with her and will definitely be looking to visit again. Mahalo
