Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately September 2026, to November 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please note:
-The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe.
-The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that window.
-Dates may change due to weather or unforeseen delays. Noise disturbances may occur during the project.

-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.
