The room was fine for my purposes. The neighborhood is away from the bar scene and fairly quiet at night. The 7-11 stocks almost everything for a quick meal and is just a few steps away. The hotel is older and you should keep some earplugs for any of the hotels in Waikiki

friendly staff, quick service, requested more towels and toilet paper and it arrived within 5 minutes. Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience. I would stay here again.

Store and restaurants were closed half the time have to pay to park 50/ day or if you so more than one day they have it at 45/ day. Resort fees added on after already paying other "Resort" fees.... this isn't a Resort..... the only good thing about this was how close it was to everything and the food truck court across the street... tiles and floors are chipped walls are all marked up and instead of putting our group that had 2 rooms on the same floor we were on separate floors

Clean room staff was friendly, pool area was nice. ...coffee shop is great skip the store pricey go to the 7/12 food at the restaurant was good over priced. Food truck are good to eat at lots to do with in walking distance. You have to pay $50 per day to park.

This place is really old and run down. Window AC that’s runs constantly and is very noisy. The place is dirty, don’t walk around barefoot. The bed mattress has a thick plastic cover that was torn and very noisy to sleep on. In general it was on of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The cab driver mention it was know for illegal activity. I didn’t see anything, though lots of homeless and addicts. Not worth the cost savings!

The rooms were so run down and gross! I was afraid the entire time I would get bed bugs. The entire property was gross and run down. The area it was in, was trash as well. The pictures of this place are VERY deceiving! Also, the airport shuttle is not free despite saying so on the booking. It cost $25 per person and you have to schedule it 24 hours in advanced! Overall, horrible experience!
