Welcome to Houston, Texas!
This home away from home is located in the heart of the medical center, near Old Spanish Trail and Kirby Dr. Perfectly located in an upscale neighborhood it is safe, quiet and offers access to premiere shopping (Target, Krogers, Chase Bank, etc) restaurants and a diversity social experience. Just minutes from the Galleria, Medical Center, Rice Village, Rice University, Zoo and NRG Stadium.
Cozy, clean, first floor, controlled access community this 2/2 condo is all inclusive, (water, electricity, basic cable). Queen and a Double bed, full size washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths, utilities included, Kitchen and Living room with a TV, Pool and Tennis Court also in the complex! This is a NON-smoking apartment. NO pets allowed. Month to Month is based on a 30 nights stay... additional nights will at $75.00/night, longer stay (3+ months) are eligible to a discount of 5% a month.. Traveling nurses or professionals -

Very secure & quiet spot in Houston

We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.

Old condo with older furniture

Photos are misleading and am puzzled about rating and reviews? Chairs in living room have dirty upholstery, small blue sofa is stained and so worn the stuffing is coming out on arms. Coffee table has one leaf broken off and stretchers are chewed up. Floor lamp has heat damaged shade with holes. Front door has dead bolt but other locks don’t work. Back patio is unusable because table and chairs are covered with crusty, muddy dirt. We could not get dishwasher to work. There are minimum towels. Hand towels and wash cloths are stained like cleaning shoes with them. Master bedroom has old wood furniture, chippy and water stained. Many dusty old artificial flower arrangements even on bathroom counters. I bought big blankets to cover upholstered furniture. No indication of anything being disinfected. We took Lysol spray and Clorox wipes. Our daughter was having reconstructive surgery after breast cancer. Being there for medical treatment we were concerned about germs and bacteria. There were positives— The kitchen & bathrooms were basically clean. The master bath had a big tile shower, although very dark. The condo has light colored dense plush carpet. It looked clean. Beds were comfortable and had clean, newish bed linens. Nice working washer and dryer. Yes, the owner kept good communication. No I did not complain while we were there. My daughter was in no condition to pack up and move. I have written him about our concerns. It is so shabby.

Houston-"Gran"-time

This property is less than 10minutes from the Memorial Hermann Medical Center, which was perfect since we were in Houston for the birth of our granddaughter (four adults staying here). It is an established complex, very well maintained and the condo is super clean! JC is great with communication, instructions and verifying that things are going well with your stay. We definitely would stay again and do recommend MedCenter/NRG (if were in for a game this would be a great place to stay!!).

Final Four weekend

The unit was exactly as described. One of the full baths was also the quest bathroom which wasn't spelled out but I should have realized. The apartment was very clean and there was ample parking. The unit parking under roof was a plus. we were able to easily walk to NRG stadium.

Clara was very accommodating.

We ended up in Houston during the winter storm that hit Texas. Clara made sure we had everything we needed & made sure we were doing ok.
