Terrible-- renter beware

From the moment we arrived at the property, I was extremely disappointed. Here is the list of complaints: -the code I was given to get in was incorrect -the home was filthy and grimy -linens and pillows were stained -there was leftover food in the fridge -there were opened bottles of used body wash in the showers -it IS NOT an 8 minute walk to the convention center, it's more like 20. I had the property booked for 9 nights, and let the owner know of the problems. He wouldn't refund my money and I've had to fight to get my payment refunded.
