Great Overall !!!!!! Very happy I stayed here!!! Clean, Quiet, and accommodating. Offers a complimentary downtown shuttle service that transports you anywhere within a 2-mile radius first come first serve may be an hour wait!

listen to reviews - room wasn't ready 2+ hours after initial check in time - room wasnt clean thoroughly - bodily fluid stains in restroom walls - no fridge in room - passive aggressive staff. not welcoming at all - had to wait over 25 minutes to get my car from valet Only thing this hotel is good at is for photos. I saw the mixed reviews and wanted to try it out for myself so take this as a warning. For the price point, please go somewhere else

The property is close to the Bayou concert center, and nice dining options. I really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was very pleasant. And the food and drinks were very good here. My only complaint is the fee for a guest to park for the day. My friend drove 3 hrs to see me, so i didnt want her to drive any when she arrived. I told her to just valet her car here while we went out and about. They charged $32.00 for a few hours.

Everything was excellent! The staff Sarah at the front desk very professional & friendly! Rosie the hostess at Rosalie restaurant was very professional & friendly. Blanca whom delivered the cookies to my room was very friendly & professional as well. I plan to come back due to all of your employees being so on point and the hotel is very nice!
