Booked my stay for this hotel, with a conformation/ booking Then comes the day i am traveling to my destination, this hotel. I get a call half way there that they are overbooked and only have a single queen bed room for me that is available. I asked what happened to my room, which was paid for, and confirmed. The lady then says im sorry were over booked and this is all we have left. This was unacceptable. I told them to cancel it. Not 2 hours later I get another call from the same hotel, different person, telling me the same thing. That they were over booked and only had x available. I then had the same conversation about paying for and having a conformation #. Told her to cancel it. Seeing how they gave my paid for room away. And the fact that 2 different people called me from the same hotel, tells me they don't communicate within their hotel. And they dont pay attention to confirmed bookings. I would like ny money back for this. I didn't get the room i booked and paid for. I went to another hotel. And had no issues with my booking online. I have never had this problem with Expedia until now. And i will no longer be using this site. Thank you. If i could please get a refund for a room that was sold out from under me that would be GREAT.

After further investigation we have found that, the refund was issued back to Expedia which is our protocol and Expedia will in turn issue that refund back to you. Very reasonable priced. Liked the fact that there were laundry facilities, a place to buy basic food for cooking in our suite. Bed was very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable, great location, friendly staff, no complaints. And the price was great!

There was bed bugs in our room. Fire Alarm kept went off for an hour or so in the morning.

I needed a king size bed for my toddler and husband which is what I bookedand they had plumbing issues so they stuck us in a queen size room. We weren't able to sleep and the room was a lot smaller than what I had booked. They should have at least notified me of the downgrade before I arrived and I would have switched hotels.
