There is room to be together and room to do your own thing at this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Houston home. With 4 beds, multiple living spaces, a game room and a private backyard, the layout works especially well for families, groups, medical stays and longer visits to the city.

Downstairs, the open kitchen, dining and living areas create the main gathering space. The fully equipped kitchen features an oversized waterfall island with additional seating, plenty of counter space and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjoining living room has a large sectional and Smart TV, making it easy to settle in for a movie or relax after a day out.

Upstairs gives everyone even more room to spread out. Challenge each other to a game in the dedicated game room or relax in the separate lounge with a wet bar. All three bedrooms are also upstairs, including a spacious primary suite with a dedicated workspace and private spa-style bathroom. The twin bedroom with two separate beds is a convenient setup for children, friends or guests who prefer their own sleeping space.

Smart TVs are available in every bedroom and the living room, and fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to work, stream or stay connected. You`ll also have a washer and dryer, central heating and cooling, a private fenced backyard, driveway parking and an attached two-car garage.

The location puts you within easy reach of the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Museum District, Hermann Park, Houston Zoo and Downtown Houston. Whether you`re in town for an event, medical visit, work assignment, family trip or an extended stay, you`ll have a comfortable place to come back to with the space and conveniences of a full home.
No smoking inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours, including when using the backyard.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. The reservation guest count must be accurate. Unauthorized guests or unapproved overnight visitors may result in additional charges or removal from the property without refund.

No pets unless approved in advance. A $150 fee applies to unauthorized pets.

Parking is available in the private two-car garage and driveway. Please do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or the street.

Please treat the home, furnishings, games, and household items with care. Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or items from the property. Report any damage promptly.

Please clean up after using the kitchen and place used dishes in the dishwasher.

Trash and recycling must be placed in the designated bins.

Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Please clean the dryer lint trap after each use.

Keep exterior doors secured whenever leaving the property.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional fees unless approved in advance.

Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms and the living room. Guests may sign in to their own streaming services and should log out before departure.

Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
