Room was not very clean. Smelled like pinesol. Public washroom was out of soap and paper towels each day for 4 days. Reported this to the front desk every day. Very limited breakfast. The cereal provided was very stale. Most of the staff did not speak very much english.

Room was uncomfortable. Wet carpet, mold in bathroom, toilet did not flush properly, door lock was not working, TV did not work. Breakfast was nonexistent, bread and cereal was only thing served. Elevator was out of order. Shower head was terrible, water pressure was terrible.

When I first entered to hotel there was no one at the front desk, but you could hear someone watching a tv show, when I called out and the lady came she asked how can I help you and I said I am here to check in, without checking my reservation she told me in a very nasty tone you are too earlier, check in isn’t until 4pm. I mentioned to her I was suppose to check in yesterday & her whole demeanor changed. After I was able to check in I went to my room to find that the sheets on the bed were stained from a previous stay, overall I did not enjoy my stay here and I will not return.

We stayed one night because we lost power at home. He beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The service was good. This is the second time i stayed here and had problems with the tv both times though. And the A/C cooled but it took all night to get comfortable while in bed though. For the price, it was good stay
