Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing! I was able to check in prior to my arrival. Pool was clean with lots of towels available. Breakfast was the same each day the evening had different variety and the staff kept the area was clean, stocked and staff was very helpful hotel was clean inside and out. Building required key card to get in to hotel unless you came in from main door. Some may not like this, it didn’t bother me as I was with my family and safety is always a priority.. Love staying at Drury when possible.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast and 5:30 kickback kept us out of the Houston traffic which made our entire trip very smooth!

Hotel was clean with friendly attentive staff providing excellent service. The free breakfast was outstanding as was the late afternoon free mini-dinner with alcohol/drinks included. Free onsite parking was a plus as was clean pool. Only minor negative was that towels had faint smell of kitchen cooking and A/C window unit was a little noisy.

This morning, I found that there are bedbugs in the bed we slept on in 203 room. I took pictures. I notified the front desk and I gave her the pillow with a bug on it. Last night the person who checked us in last Mr. Reyes was wonderful and helpful. He moved us to a closer room. With my handicap it was kind of me.
