hotel tres bruyant ( route juste à coté et pas de double vitrage) mais bien dans l'ensemble pour le reste

La nuit aurait pu être bien si nous n'avions pas eu un matela horriblement vieux dans le sens où nous étions plus du tout droit dedans, nous tombions l'un sur l'autre en dormant avec mon mari. D'autant plus que je mettais trompé dans le booking en prenant un queen bed plutôt qu'un king bed et qu'à la réception à l'arrivé ils m'avaient dit qu'il n'y en a ai plus de disponible. Nous n'allions donc pas en pleine nuit y retourner por ce nouveau probleme d'autant plus que notre bebe dormait déjà dans la chambre. Autrement hôtel propre chambre propre petit dej copieux et piscine et spa sympa. La réception à. Oily nous rembourser la nuit mais en ayant payé directement sur hôtel.com Le remboursement n'était pas possible. Ils nous ont donc donnes l'équivalent de 10 points reward pour bénéficier d'une nuit gratuite. Peut être s'agissait il d'un probleme isolé.

It doesn’t say when you book, but they only clean your room, provide towels or take out trash after 3 days. I had booked my room for two day and was gone all day. I expected to come back to a clean room with fresh towels and that is not their practice. When I asked the front desk I was told different properties have different service schedules. There was a scum ring in the tub on day one and one of the pillow cases had a blood stain.

Extremely upset

Was very disappointed with this stay. Advised upon checkin that reserved room wasn't available and room was booked for 2 couples. Not couples have back issues and one of us had to settle with sleeping on the pull out sofa that is extremely uncomfortable. Hotel stay was booked over almost a month in advance. Breakfast didn't include waffles due to machine being broke and was very limited on what was provided. A/c did not keep room cool, even when set to 62, dead roach was found on window sill of a/c unit.

Indoor Pool in Texas

Actually has an indoor pool harder to find in Texas. Staff was very friendly breakfast included.

Very disappointing

Hotel looks nice form the outside but: No ashtray or smoker's pole outside - cigarettes buds end up on the ground Check out time : website states noon, was informed by reception that new policy was 11 am CC hold - reception said 30$, charge was 100....more than the room itself. Room was missing a label exhibiting room number - had to check the entire floor before proceeding by elimination Could not shower in the morning - faucet was leaking - almost no water was going to the shower head. Some lights ( in my room ) were not working, probably broken bulbs Breakfast was a joke - very minimalistic + there was a sign stating - no more than 2 items please. At least they were polite.
