In two different room the bathroom was clogged. The door key card was nit working and we waited at 30 minutes before we got into our room on two different night. The only great thing was the breakfast. The kitchen staff was kind and helpful. The food was always freshly made 😋.

They treat u like you’re at a resort in another country, I love that. Always greeting you, asking if u need anything, they even leave a towel animal on your bed like a beach resort. This place is in the middle of the city almost. If you from outta town they’ll gladly help u get around. The service was all around great, it’s quiet and they made sure to give me a great view of the skyline for my room.
