The pictures of the room had a balcony and a bath tub and the suite that I paid to much for had neither of these and that was the reason I paid so much. Talked to staff and they did nothing to make it right.

We had a wonderful experience and view from our room was so nice. I love the Dove products! They have Dove lotion, conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Will definitely be returning!

Breakfast crew did not know how to manage food. Was there for 2 days and both breakfasts ran iut of food and had to wait for more food to he prepared...and when food went out, it wasn't enough for the customers waiting. Tv was broken, but maintenence came quickly. Bathroom had weird configuration.

While the property was clean, it was run down. The tub had a drip. The TV didn't work. The water wouldn't get really hot. Overall I would not say here again, especially for $250 a night plus an additional $25 to park.

Went to an Astros home game and the Holiday Inn was an awesome choice for a place to stay. The hotel has a shuttle that took us to the stadium. The hotel is clean, has a good breakfast, and conveniently located downtown. There was no rooftop lounge/bar but that didn’t matter since there were other places close to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
