First off, the hotel is transitioning because someone else bought it.. There is no restaurant. For breakfast they place you in a cold sterile room with almost inedible breakfast food and the attendant will hunt you down over the little food voucher card.. Parking is in a basement full led with graffiti and a beat up elevator. No pool or lounge area like advertised.

I booked a double room, but when I got there they said they had no double rooms available. They put me in a room with a bed and pull out sofa. So I slept poorly on a thin pull out sofa mattress. They had one job, provide a proper bed for the night and they failed. The entire parking garage and portions of the hotel reeked of marijuana smoke. There were two prostitutes sitting on the ground in the parking garage near the elevator and entrance to the hotel. The television in the hotel room did not work. The breakfast food was disgusting and worse than grade school cafeteria food.

Got charged $70 for a smug on a pillow case. There was other issues with the hotel. Do not stay here unless you want them to charge you for stuff that’s normal for a hotel. I will never stay with a Holiday inn ever. Hard to believe a company as big as they are tolerated one of there hotels to ripe there customers off
