I made a reservation through Expedia and after I traveled five hours to reach the property, I was informed by the staff that there were no available rooms upon arrival. While the hotel staff was courteous and did their best to assist, it’s concerning that Expedia allows bookings for rooms that are not actually available.

It was truly one of the finest hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern elegance of the lobby -it set the perfect tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were gracious and attentive, ensuring every detail was just right. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed and offered an exceptional level of comfort.
