Clean and Fun

Jason is a great property manager always being super responsive. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Houston is a lovely place to visit.

Horrible Host

The location is great. The property is nice. My biggest issue is my vehicle was towed. Jason never stated I needed to be on property within a certain time. I stated at our very first contact that my flight didn’t get in until 7pm. It was 10:30 by the time I reached the unit. At that time I text and sent him the vehicle info on the Vrbo app. Jason never communicated this information to the apartment complex and they towed the car. The fees were $275 which he agreed to pay but then stopped responding when it was time to pay. All of this could have been avoided had he turned in my vehicle info to the apartment complex. The saddest part is that he totally stopped responding when it was time to pay. The car was towed because he dropped the ball. The parking wasn’t free. It was actually $275.

Excellent location, clean apartment

The host is outstanding. He was very communicative and helpful at all hours of the day. My only issue were some minor differences between the listing and the amenities, but they were easily attributed to maintenance issues and perhaps an oversight. I recommend asking specific questions about anything that is a deal breaker, ie the ice maker wasn't working, the hot tub was empty. Not necessarily things that the host can help but would be helpful to know. The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully furnished. Beds were comfy. The location really is the highlight. It's a fantastic neighborhood and convenient to a ton of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The parking is plentiful and easy to navigate. We loved our stay and would stay again.

sisters trip

Had a blast on our Sisters' trip to Houston. The location was perfect and we felt so safe in the area. The property was advertised as having 2 king beds when in reality it provided one king bed and one queen. This was not a big deal, as I shared the queen bed with one of my sisters! But I would recommend that this be noted on the listing. Also, the ice maker in the freezer did not work and the tv remote was in need of some batteries and operating instructions. Overall it was a 5 star stay!
