The property owner was kind, incredibly responsive, communicated above and beyond expectations, and was thoughtful in how she made me feel welcomed. Super convenient location for Downtown Houston venues.

Trouble with booking

I booked this property and a week ahead of our trip. The morning we were to arrive, I got an email from the host saying the reservation had been canceled because it had been booked on another site! I was refunded but not very handy! This happened with 2 properties on the VRBO site - same time - same dates
