Horrible motel.

This property is in horrible condition. We didn’t receive the room we booked. We booked a king but got a room with 2 queens, the room was filthy, and there was loud cars roaring all night. Plus there was roaches in the bathroom. They also don’t do towel service.

I was honestly nervous for my vehicle all night, nothing happened but the area wasnt that nice and random people walked the area all night. The sheets on our bed were still damp, we asked for a dry blanket and the staff did provide us with one. Id honestly have to be desperate to stay here again

Overall great stay for the price and location

Customer service was top notch! Room was updated and visually appealing. Located in sketchy area but very close to NRG and restaurants and never felt unsafe. Our room smelled of smoke and I wish I had a comforter or blanket rather than just a sheet.
