PROS VS. CONS

PROS VS CONS 1. Friendly front desk clerk; 2. Security cameras on property and on large TV screen in office; 3. Newly renovated property, although property is older and floors slopes. I did like the colors and very cute blue microwave and refrigerator; 4. Tons of lighting in the walkways and parking area; 5. Good value for area but no amenties other than ice. Cons: 1. Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Bed had a metal base surrounding it and woke me up several times in night due to a "popping" noise. 2.Sheets were not changed and towels were not picked up. Tried to ask housekeeping but they did not understand English. 3. Parking lot in very back, concerned about security; 4. 2nd night, had people in room above us. Could hear everything, including stomping feet. They went to bed late and woke up early. Couldn't sleep. 5. Charged a $100 deposit on card even there are no amenties to use. Not even bottled water, no coffee machine, no breakfast offered; 6. Pool concreted over so no hot tub or swimming at this place, not good for families. Would not go back. Recommend pay extra for better parking and security guard on duty. Afterall, it is Houston!

The area was very dangerous, the room had no working smoke detectors, the room reeked of marajuana. Terrible place. We left same day we checked in and now they are fighting my refund.

The staff was great. The room appeared clean until I walked on the floor (no carpet) and the bottom of my feet turned black.

I liked the location. However, the cleanliness was very much non existent. There was hair all in the bed. I went to Ross and bought my own sheets. The couch was stained and there were chip bags, crumbs, an d old chewed gum in the pull out couch.
