This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. On the website it states that it has a laundry room. The main reason I decided to stay here because I had work being done at my house.There is exactly one washing machine and one dryer. Don't plan on enjoying television here. They decided to have DirecTV and the signal always was out. They said it was because of the weather. It was sunny outside. The staff in the morning are loud and will knock on your door multiple times after you have already told them, " no service today." I was trying to rest and it sounded the staff was dragging boulders across my door, but it's clean though

Great experience

I was very impressed with the condition of the property. I was absolutely pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly. My microwave didn’t work when I checked in and they immediately replaced it. My room was super clean everything smelled new. The floors were beautiful the bed was comfortable clean sheets no bugs no roaches no nasty smells the parking lot was bright and lit up at night. I really was happy that they accommodate pets so I was able to bring my fur baby and they have a section that I can walk my dog and allow her to use the bathroom. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come back to houston. Sam Houston parkway humble location. Best experience I’ve had in a long time at a hotel.
