Disliked: Cleanliness
This place is trash. Guy clearly lives in it in between rentals, clearly has pets and it’s dirty all over. Only 1 towel to shower with. Changed the check in instructions and pushed back check in hours after time. Never got the WiFi password. Open jar of honey literally spilled all over in one of the cabinets? No soap for washer and dryer. Got our car towed because he doesn’t respond to messages. Refused to refund the money even though we didn’t stay a night in the place.
