We arrived and were unable to get into the unit. We had a code. The code was for the door we were unable to get into the gate. The host did not respond to our calls or the calls from customer support. After about an hour, I received a call from a gentleman who said that he was in unit A and we were supposed to be standing unit B. He said that he wouldopen the gate for us remotely. Then once we got in the gate used the code to enter the unit. I find this type of situation really unacceptable. I feel that if the gate code does not work then whoever is responsible for open it remotely should have opened the gate prior to our arrival. That did not happen. The linen in the master bedroom did not looked really clean so I went and purchased linen to go on the bed. The dishes did not look really clean. They look like somebody might have just rinsed them so I had to rewash all the dishes and silverware and everything before we used it. The property inside is amazing. It's a beautiful unit. If you don't care about s the neighborhood then stay there. But if you're concerned about safety in the neighborhood I wouldn't recommend this place. The park is across the street. It was filled with adults who were smoking and drinking and they were really loud. Although they did leave by like 10:00. Something maybe about 10:30. So overall staying in the unit. It was a great place to stay. We had enough space but those other things I spoke of would be a game changer.
