Modern Beach House With Beautiful Pool

Newly remodeled home just footsteps to the beach in Punta Santiago. Enjoy our modern design with plenty of room for family and friends. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with controlled access. Only 40 minutes from San Juan, 20 minutes to ceiba for ferry to Culebra, 25 min to Luquillo Rain Forest, 15 minutes to charco el hippie water fall, 15 min to Naguabo water front, 3 authentic restaurants walking distance and is next door to Humacao's natural reserve for hikes and kayaks. HUGE FAMILY ROOM!!
The space
Everything in the home is brand new. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. We have a blow up mattress if more bedding is needed. You can park in the carport for easy access in and out. This will also keep your vehicle out of the sun. Pool towels and chairs are provided. This is a beautiful residential community giving you the real feel of the island.
