This recently completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit boasts stunning ocean views and direct beach access for the ultimate beach vacation. Relax and unwind in style as you take in the tranquility of the coastal modern decor and soothing sounds of the ocean waves.

Not only does Tortuga Vista offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vieques, but it also provides direct access to the beach and a community pool for ultimate relaxation. And the best part? You'll never have to worry about parking with our free parking included.

February-August is nesting season for Sea Turtles, hence Tortuga Vista. If you’re lucky enough, you may just see some of the hatchlings from the patio.

Guest access

We offer a keyless entry. Each new guest receives their own code for safety. If you have any issues with the code I will have someone on site to help.

The blue bracelet, which can be found on the kitchen counter, allows up to 6 people to access the community pool. You are welcome to take one of the pool towels in the unit to the pool or you may ask for one at the pool.

We have a washer and a dryer for your convenience. We ask that you get as much sand off your towels and clothes before putting them in the wash.

Beach chairs and an umbrella can be found in the storage closet right outside the unit door to your left.

Other things to note:

Upon Arrival
The Palmas Security Gate will want to know where you are staying. You will be at unit # 148 at Beach Village. Once you clear the Main Gate you will go through the Beach Village Security. You will have access to parking in the parking lot. It is numbered #148. The apartment will be found in Beach Village Building 5, second floor, #148.

Additional parking spaces are unmarked and are subject to availability. Please do not park in any other numbered spaces as your car will be towed. Please only use #148 or a spot that is unmarked. You may use the parking all the way in the turnaround at the end of the complex if there is no other option.

Trash
Please dispose of your trash daily in the closet outside the apartment front door(on your left). The trash will be picked up every day, except Sunday.

No Smoking
We have worked really hard to create a healthy and relaxing environment. We ask that you please refrain from smoking of any kind (cigarettes,marijuana,vaping) in our home.
We have a strict no smoking policy. There are monitors installed that detect tobacco and marijuana smoke and send an alert. If there is an alert you will be asked to vacate immediately, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged and no refunds for the remaining time of your stay

Safety
Please be sure to register all guests with the gate security guard, please give the full name of all guests including children under age of 12.

We would 100% stay here again! Rosita provided all the comforts of home (including in-condo laundry, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, etc.) while we were staying beach-side. The condo is in a gated community with good restaurants within the grounds. Breathtaking views and we watched pelicans dive into the ocean from the balcony. Powerful air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

Our host Rosita, had excellent communication skills and showed concern for our comfort. The place was spotless and stocked well with beach chairs, towels, kitchen utensils and cookery. It was great having the ability to do laundry prior to leaving as well. The location was central to the east side of San Juan and an easy drive to an awesome beach in laquillo, rain forest in ceiba, sailing out of Fallardo and great places to eat all along the way. I would highly recommend this stay.

We easily settled in and made ourselves right at home. We cooked meals with ease in the perfectly appointed kitchen and did laundry throughout the week. The bed was so comfortable and furnishings were just right. And the view? Couldn’t beat it!

The condo was very nice and the added amenities like laundry pods, beach chairs, boogie boards, coffee and yoga mats were a pleasant addition. The only unpleasant part of our stay was the amount of fruit flies! Rosita did send the exterminator but I didn’t want toxins sprayed when we were going to be staying in the space for a week. The bugs did cause an inconvenience so that’s the only reason I didn’t give this property top ratings. The beach and pool were wonderful!

The Vista was amazing! Everything was updated as described and pictured. The bed, couch, and chairs were all very comfortable. Rosita was very quick to reach out or respond throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking again in the future.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for things outside of Rosita's control. There was construction happening on the building while we were there so there was a lot of noise everyday and a cherry picker with workers going past our windows/patio constantly. It took away the privacy and the serenity of being right on the water. Also, the AC in the living room was squeaky all week and the repair person didn't come until Friday. It sounded like we had a couple of birds chirping in the room. We stayed in the vista while they were there but that was our preference not to leave our belongings unattended. Again, we will definitely be booking again in the future because the place itself was wonderful.

Beautiful place. My girlfriend loved the layout and amenities in the kitchen. (She gushed over it several times.) Only drawback was some debris/dirt on balcony due to construction on outside of building. Everything else perfect and Easy.

Our revent stay here exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean, comfortable and modern.Proximity to restaraunts was great and with stores just a few miles away very convenient.The condo is right on the beach and makes for beautiful sunsets and wonderful lazy days.I can not say enough about the host, Rosita, she confirmed we arrived alright and checked on us periodically to make sure we and everything was good.Now, we were ther when.Erin was forming and coming close to PR as a Cat 5. She stayed in constant contact and sentbus uodates and reports. She also had the property managers bring sandbags, flashlights and a generator.We ended up leaving a day early for saftey but her level of care and concern is surpassed by none anywhere else I stayed. She made us feel like family!I highly recommend staying here if you want a personal touch and care free stay! We will book again in the future.

Beach front beauty

We had a fantastic week in Puerto Rico. The location of this property was right on the water and has a great view from the bedroom & living room.This condo was great in all aspects. It was spotless with great A/C. It was very nicely furnished with many unexpected touches including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. The owner was also very responsive when we had questions There is no doubt that we would stay in this unit again if we vacation in Puerto Rico in the future.

Gorgeous condo on the water!

Lovely condo in the second floor. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Everything was clean and in working order. We had no issues. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room was amazing! We walked to the plaza for dinner every night. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Rosita was a wonderful help. She was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Rosita’s place!!!!

Beautiful villa!

We were very pleased with everything our villa had to offer. The king bed was very comfortable and the villa had every amenity we needed. The view from our bedroom and living room looked directly onto the sea. The pool in the complex was clean and quiet for relaxing or reading. There were some good restaurants nearby with our favourite being La Pescadería, for location, ambience and food. We loved the live music and pizza at Chinchos right on the marina. Rosita was very responsive with great communication. We walked the beach everyday. The winds here are quite prevalent with red flags each day but some people still went swimming. Overall, wonderful villa in a very nice, safe community on the water.
