i did not relize it was an older super 8 with stairs only and it was hard for me to get to the room as i am older

Disappointed

This Super 8 was just ok. It was conveniently located, but was in need of some upgrades and needs a very deep cleaning. The advertised hot breakfast was the waffle iron, that is pretty much it. The apple and orange juice dispenser was “out of order” and the cereal dispenser wasn’t working properly.

Tv did not work, could not call front desk, as telephone cord destroyed. Heater did not in room. Music playing loud after 10pm. Beer bottles in hallway and back door. Sunday morning back door left open with rock. Bad security! Cheap soap that breaks in hand, or dropped in tub

Only could get a room upstairs. Bedside light did not work properly. No hot breakfast as said all out of food at 8. Room not freshened second day of stay, nor informed of this. Smoke in non-smoking room. Stayed here before and enjoyed the stay but will not stay again.

Quiet and clean place to stay. Only complaint I had was that it took them a long time to have the parking lot plowed after a storm making it very difficult to come in and out of.

A very comfortable hotel but not the nicest i could’ve stayed at. Mildly outdated interior but clean overall.

Affordable and convenient from the KS State Fairgrounds. Didn't do the breakfast--we left before 5 a.m. Nothing flashy, but definitely was what we wanted. Good bathroom & shower (🙌), and spacious for three of us--we got a double queen room.

House keeper did a wonderful job. Breakfast ok one morning but the next morning no milk or juice.

Not a bad place to stay for the price.

It was good place to stay for a couple of days. The Super 8 was upgrading their rooms with new mattresses when we stayed. When my and I arrived for our stay their were mattresses stacked in the lobby area, outside underneath the awning and by one of the entrance/exit doors. There was some other boxes stacked underneath the awning too. It appeared the hotel was completing some renovations. The male who checked me in told me we had a new mattress in our room. He was very friendly. This was the only time I interacted with the staff. We got a king sized bed. Our room was good. It appeared it had recevied some upgrades. It looked like the flooring had been replaced and the bathroom had a new toilet, new flooring, new bathroom light, and a new sink faucet. Things that I didn't like about the place: The vents in our heating/AC unit were broken and I could see inside the unit. It was dirty. The chair next to the bed had black stains on the arms of the chair. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was dirty inside the vent and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. My wife said the breakfast was not good. There was not very much to select from.. Two choices of cereal and one waffle maker. There were sevaral places to eat close by. There was a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins that you could walk to within a minute and it was on the same side of the street as the hotel. I forgot to notify the front desk about the issues I had with our room so that is my fault.
