Pas de wifi dans les chambres, micro ondes ne fonctionne pas, eau du spa sale, les chambres pas propre.

The beds were comfortable, that's about it. Hallways, walls, floors were dirty and stained. The jacuzzi was so cloudy and moldy on the tiles my kids didn't even want to get in. My window didn't even lock, didn't have a screen, and most windows had ripped screens. I'm local and do staycations with my kids a few times a year. Will not be staying here or letting family/friends stay here. Come on IF, do better!!

Was charged an additional $100 for a security deposit and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. The room smelt stale and the bathroom was dirty. Trash was still in the can from previous guests.

The breakfast they show in The Breakfast you get is two different things. Not impressed at all less than a continental breakfast.

The front lobby was inviting. The staff were very nice. However there was a lot of construction, painting and maintenance work being performed. The hallway rug was worn, dirty and in need of replacing.The room we had was partially updated but there were still many items that needed attention. For example the bathtub caulk was very poor. I think they are working hard to improve but it is really not up to a decent standard yet

The property is aging and while some improvements have been made, it seemed like mostly DIY work. Out bathroom door wouldn't close. The TV listings were wrong. The mattress was the wrong size for the bed frame.
