Visiting PA for the first time and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy!

Could not get air in to work to work. It was like a sauna. Then on day of check out at 940 clean entered room we were still in and check out was not until 11 and then did it again like 15 mins later

Air conditioner would not cool room below 72 asked to be moved to another room it was same exact way

Check in was a bit difficult, front desk clerk was new and by himself didnt know procedures and how to do things, especially when dealing with cash and being paid with cash, also had to stop him from giving the wrong amount in change which would have left his drawer short. Had issues with getting key card 3 times to work for the room, and had to be switched to another room that a new key card worked . Other wise experience was good.
