I had trouble trying to get room service and then it took forever.

Although appreciative of the roll in shower, water gets all over the floor. The sprayer faces outward and the shower curtain is not floor length. The building is surface clean, meaning, it looks clean but it is not. Initially only one out of four elevators was operable. Another was available later and then back down to one. There were three in operation by Friday but they all are fairly slow.

Breakfast was free and typical of hotels. The made to order omelettes were quite good. I left a small crumb on the bedside table. Next day it was crawling with ants. Slow elevators with long wait times. Maid service forgot to leave us towels so we had to call for those. Garbage emptying in our room was spotty. The king bed in our room was very comfortable but the pullout couch left much to be desired.
