Nice property near lots of shopping and dining. The included breakfast was limited, seen much better options at far less expensive hotels. We were 15 mins late leaving our room and as we were headed for the door, the front desk called to scold us for being past the checkout time. We likely won't stay at another Wyndham.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We attempted to go back to our premium paid made to order breakfast, but the general feedback was they would rather have a free limited breakfast without raising our rates. We do apologize for the reminder from our desk for our checkout time. Our staff only has a small amount of time to get the rooms cleaned to our standards for he next incoming guests. Any unpaid unapproved guests past are notified. We do hope you can understand and hope to have you back in he future.

I didn’t like that the breakfast started and ended way too early. I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t cleaned on Sunday. I didn’t like that my sister’s toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and had to clean it up herself. She has to go pick up the mop and bucket and was not provided with cleaning supplies, and they had to clean it up themselves. There were feces throughout the bathroom and she and her husband injested deadly fumes. I was appalled by the lack of concert for their health. They were only given a $50 credit. Their entire stay should have been comped. You all should have at least one streaming service. I am requesting that someone reach out to me or them to rectify their. horrible experience. They were in room 222. Their last name is Holloway. I did like that the hotel was clean and there were amenities on-site.

Dinner Time.

The only is was that the menu said that food would be available until 11pm and it was already closed at 10pm.

It was 76 degrees in room and difficult to lower temperature

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will definitely look in this room to see if there is an issue with the unit itself if you had not reported this to our engineers during your stay. Generally the controls are on the thermostat on the wall, but at times they could be on the unit itself.
