Situated on 2 acres the property offers 2 BBQ's a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and tables for dining alfresco. The back porch off of the dining room is set up with a wicker chaise lounge and chairs. It looks out to the barn, apple trees, stately maples and the vineyard. A perfect place to relax with friends!

After a long day exploring the Finger Lakes, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with European style plush linens, and bedding to ensure a great nights sleep! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room offers a King Sized bed and the other room offers a Queen sized bed. The bedroom on the main floor can sleep 1 adult.The farmhouse has 2 full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms each have their own cooling/heating units to personalize your temperature.
