As you go up the spiral staircase you will enter the master suite which has direct ocean views, king size bed, and ensuite bathroom. You also have your own private balcony. The views will leave you awestruck!


This home has covered parking for two vehicles and exposed parking for up to two more. The dock has space for up to a 25' boat directly behind the home and a community boat ramp at the end of the street. Washer and dryer are located in their own room outside of the master bedroom on the patio. There is also an observation deck on the roof of the home! 


Lower matecumbe is known as one of the fishing capitals of the united states and this home is right in the middle of it. Easy access to both the ocean and bay gives you the most versatile options when it comes to fishing spots. You also have charters available just up the road which will take you to some of the most prime fishing the Florida Keys has to offer!
