Best beach vacation!
Publié le 31 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAs advertised! Hidden gem amongst highly priced properties. If not expecting the most luxury updated property than this is it. They have made nice touches with hot tub and pool and outdoor shower. Also the screened porch was nice!

Charming Relaxation
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage is a hidden gem among the typical looming new structures on the island. Morning coffee (bring your own or get some at the nearby Harris Teeter store) was lovely at the front deck cafe table or in the screened porch. The beach is a very short 2 block walk. Although we ate out for all our meals, the kitchen was well stocked with baking, cooking, and grilling necessities. There are so many things to do and see in the Charleston area that we spent very little time here, but it was just the kind of place that we wanted to relax and unwind after our busy days!

Publié le 1 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMarilyn's home is clean and comfortable. The 5 minute walk to beautiful beach is easy. Love dining on screened front porch, the outdoor shower, small hot tub, and pool access. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants.

Great location

We really didn’t need all the decorations and would have preferred to have the space open and for our use. Bathroom very tiny….There needs to be a place to put bathroom article and definitely bring your own toilet paper. What is provided felt like news print. Bedrooms were perfect size and plenty of sheets, comforters and towels etc. For us the Porch was the most used space. Lightening was a problem. There was little lighting for walking on the stairs and pathways outside.

Charming stay
Publié le 20 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy sister and I had a wonderful time visiting Charleston and the surrounding islands. The house is a short walk to the ocean and a short hop to everywhere we explored. Our host was as charming as the house itself. Hope to return someday.
