Le personnel est désagréable et impoli, jamais un sourire , ne donne aucun renseignement , regarde le client de haut , hôtel à éviter

Le personnel est très très désagréable , du réceptionniste à la femme de chambre , mis à part les très adorables nazli au petit dej et Sarah et mawada à la conciergerie Plus jamais cet hôtel !!!

L'adresse de l'hôtel est stratégique, mouvementé, près des zones touristiques, metro tramway et le train, chambre formidable, personnel aimable et souriant et à la disposition, petit déjeuner diversifié, merci beaucoup

Ett femstjärnigt hotell bör ge oss korrekta rum från början där vi va en grupp som skulle ha rummen bredvid varandra. Vårt rum hade jättedålig säng samt det hörde väldigt mkt ljud från klimatanläggningen där vi inte ens kunde justera temperaturen. Rummen hade balkong men det hörde väldigt mkt oljud trots att fönstren va stängda.

Budget Gotel

A nice property but lack the attraction of a first class hotel. Awkward rooms with two beds that reduce the room size. Monotonous break fast. The house keeping could be better. Staff not as friendly. Good for group travelers.

Spa tadilatta mı?

Spa bilgisi verilmiş, fakat gittiğimde spa tadilatta denildi.. Balkonlu odalar güzel. Diğer her şey iyiye yakın..
