My stay at The Bail Hotel Istanbul was truly outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They helped arrange our cruise and airport transfers, securing excellent prices and ensuring everything went smoothly. Their guidance throughout our stay was invaluable-always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent.
