It’s a very convenient place to enjoy Ithaca, and I appreciate the environmentally friendly choice of water fountains instead of plastic bottles in the rooms.

Nice clean room, great service at reception and the bar, great location for what we were visiting for. The only "negative" is that the parking is not connected and is across the street, and it was a bit confusing on where to enter the hotel; we drove by it at first. Overall we enjoyed it and would return if we are in the area overnight again.

If I could give a 4½*, I would. 5* attributes included clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good quality towels everything in the room was in working order, plenty of storage space, magnifying mirror, no noise from other rooms and hallway.The only downsides are the check-in was a bit frustrating and no parking at the hotel.

Very clean , comfortable, great staff. Was concerned since dogs allowed in all rooms but our room was cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay again. Only down side is no on site laundry facility even though Expedia says it has. Expedia seems to put this in every description without verifying as it’s happened repeatedly. Regardless, they charge by weight (and not piece) to do laundry so is reasonable.

Breakfast on-site (not free) was a small menu of expensive bourgeois options that won't appeal to every taste. Entrance is tough to find (Maps took us to the wrong side of the building and the many one-way streets made it tough to circle back) and parking is a few blocks away in a paid municipal garage, though for my overnight (10PM - 8AM), I was only charged $1, so I can't complain too much. Facilities and rooms seem clean, modern, and well-appointed overall. In room, the limited light switch placement wasn't ideal and every switch handled multiple lights, making it hard to get just the specific lighting you wanted. WiFi is "free" but only if you have (or are willing to register for) a Hilton Honors account. Premium WiFi (unclear what that gets you) is an upcharge regardless. We only stayed an overnight and had little time to explore, but the area around the hotel does seem pretty cozy with lots of little shops, studios, cafes, and bars around. Seems like good placement to potentially do a lot on foot without having to get the car and fight for parking, which is nice.
