I didn't like the breakfast options: I went out to buy something at a bakery. I did not like finding out, when I checked out, that I was assessed a $3.79 daily parking charge. The staff at the front desk were unfailingly polite and friendly.

Excellent team at the Hampton, Ithaca location. Hotel was kept up and all the team from the front desk to housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to stores and restaurants

This small hotel does charge parking fee. I had only 1 car parked there for 1 night, but, somehow, the hotel double charged me for the parking. I will definitely dispute the double charge.

Anite at the front desk was great. She answered all my questions and my pup got treats. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was on the first floor right near the door to walk my dog easily. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. All staff were friendly and knowledgable.
