Beautiful location. Pretty hotel but room we stayed in had an awful pullout couch bed for the children where you could feel the bar through the mattress. Kids ended up sharing our bed so no one slept well. Also staff was not excellent. Showed up to check in and lady was on her cell phone . Only after my kids came over did she look up. Wasn’t very impressed.

Loved the waterpark, which was great for our 5 year old. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. We were there Sunday to Tuesday during the spring, which is admittedly a weird time, and as a result the food options available to us were very limited which was annoying. Plan accordingly.

The bed was very firm and the cleaning crew was horsing around every day while completing their tasks. We would stay at this property again when we return to Greek Peak.

Great facility. I was not happy that i paid $50 for my daughter and i to cross country ski and the conditions were terrible!!!We could not even tell where the trail was in the cold, blowing snow and the trails were solid ice!!! We are beginners and extremely frustrated that a worker didn’t advise us not to go. our skis didn’t even leave an imprint in the snow because it was all ice!!!! Terrible!!! We were only out there 30 minutes before we realized that cross country skiing was not possible that day. We did downhill the next day, which was great and we went tubing even though it was freezing. Those were fun. I wish we had been able to get a refund for the cross country, but we were denied, although they apologized.
