i usually like staying here but the past few times it has been dirty. the room we stayed in was horrible this time. there was no toilet paper, the ground had crumbs, dirt, and leftover confetti on it. the volume on the tv wouldn’t work either.

The service has always been a lovely stay until I extended my stay for an extra night. Ms.Sheila had a great attitude. However, the janitor decided to burst into our room without knocking and demanded we leave. Note I had already purchased an extra room the night prior. I walked to the front desk, and a hefty set lady had a distasteful attitude toward me because of my appearance. She started to lose customer service and yelled her voice and stated, “This is how I talk” Well, from my seven-year experience in customer service, it has never been okay to yell and try to argue with your customers. She also tried to threaten to “ rebuke” my stay because she claimed I had an attitude. Rooms are nonrefundable, so her having that authority should be reconsidered for your company. Extremely unprofessional and caused a bad view on the hotel.

Do not recommend, will not stay here again

Bed very uncomfortable. Very noisy. Can hear through the walls. Room not supplied with necessities. Lacked toilet paper, Hair dryer, iron. Shower floor very slippery. Almost fell walking in. Fireplace did not work. No one available to talk to. Office closed in am when I tried to check out, so could not get a receipt for business expense. The whole place felt sketchy and not very safe. Will not be staying here again.
