Master bedroom has king size bed and spare bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Free WIFI and cable TV. Enjoy Tennis court and community pool. Bright, Quiet, Clean Condo, New Deck and Exterior! Fabulous location

Literally a block from the beach. Perfectly serviceable condo. We liked that there were two queen beds in the one bedroom which made it good for us three older ladies. So many places only have singles in the guest room. Very quiet and peaceful. The condo could use an update, but it was clean and perfectly good enough for us and our girls’ weekend.

Weekend get away

Weekend trip for our anniversary. House was great location. Close to Fort Clinch, lighthouse and beach. King bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have suggestions on what to do while in town and good places to eat.

Beautiful Amelia Island

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, sleepy Amelia Island. Everything was provided and greatly appreciated especially the beach gear. The only thing that was missing was a blender to make frozen drinks but we were fine without. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful property.

Great condo for a great vacation

We love Fernadina Beach. This is our 3rd time at Fernadina Shores, since we bring a small boat and there’s planets of room for parking. Our condo this time was perfect - plenty of space for our family, a good pool, and great proximity to the beach and downtown Fernadina. Would recommend!

Girls Beach Trip

Great quiet condo complex within walking distance to the beach, but you can also drive and park on the dirt road where the beach access is. This end of the island is much less crowded than the other places. It was perfect. The commuity pool is just a minute walk from the front door. Both bedrooms are very spacious, one with a king and one with two queens. Our group of four besties stayed very comfortabIy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family Vacation

We enjoyed the stay it was nice and easy access to the beach. Someone else did talk my parking spot so I had to park on the side of the grass. The shower nozzle was loose on it. But overall everything was great. Maybe next year I would stay there again.

Good location. Sub standard accommodation.

Kitchen contained poor quality and quantity of supplies. Both bedroom closets were cluttered with “stuff”. 3 lamps had no light bulbs, and one bedroom had no working light! Couldn’t get TV cable to work! Should have been informed of stair access; we are all over 80 yrs! The couches were not the same as shown on pictures. Very tired and dowdy ! Coffee table was missing glass top. It would have been helpful to have information/maps of the area . The only clock was not working! Balancing all this to the price charged, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED!
