Inside, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is designed for both comfort and connection. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, dresser, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, giving you a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and dresser, while a shared second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals at home, and the dining table seats six for family dinners or late-night games. In the living room, you'll find plenty of comfortable seating for conversations or movie nights, along with direct access to the first balcony. Step outside to enjoy island breezes, share meals at the outdoor dining table, relax in the seating area, or fire up the gas grill for a cookout after the beach.

Upstairs, you'll find a second seating area with a TV, perfect for spreading out or giving everyone their own space to relax. This level also includes the laundry room and access to the second balcony, where peek-a-boo ocean views set the scene for morning coffee while watching the sunrise.

The fun continues outdoors. The ground-level hangout space is perfect for slow mornings or evenings together, with seating areas, a TV, dining space, swing, and even a ping pong table for a friendly match. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after sandy beach days, then let your pup run freely in the fully fenced backyard.

This home is all about location as much as comfort. While it doesn't have a pool, you won't miss it with Amelia Island's beaches just steps away at 4N Beach Access, a favorite spot for shark tooth hunting. Please note that stairs are required to access the home, with additional stairs leading to the upper sitting area, laundry room, and balcony. One room on the main level and the space behind the blue barn door upstairs are for owner use only and not accessible to guests. While this property is non-pet friendly for guests, the owner does have a dog. If you have allergies or concerns, please take this into consideration when booking.
