Disliked: Cleanliness
House pics were accurate, could have been cleaner, beds were still in mattress store plastic and were not comfortable. Dishwasher did not work and was leaking. Did not have sufficient pots and pans for cooking so we ended up eating out. There was also food left in the fridge open along with a used loofa in the primary shower. I would not stay here again but it was convenient

Nice stay, easy drive to Prime Osborn Convention Center

This is a nice newer listing with a lot of potential. The layout of the townhouse is good for multiple guests with 2.5 bathrooms and a large dining table with many chairs. This was my first time staying in Jacksonville and I didn't know my way around and was a little concerned of how safe the neighborhood would be be. What's great about this house is there are no neighbors across from or behind the house. We felt perfectly safe during our stay. The house was easy to find and has off street parking. The check in and out process was easy and the host communicated everything clearly and was very helpful and available for questions which we had none. We would stay here again.
