This oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Spacious to where everyone can have their zen spot!
When you enter the condo you will take the stairwell where you will reach the living room and patio. From the patio, you can enjoy the amazing sunrises and sunsets Amelia has to offer. The perfect condo where you have ocean views from the living room, dining room, Kitchen, Master bedroom, and 3rd level bedroom.
Venture up to the second level, where you will find the Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Private Balcony, and ensuite Bath. Also located on the 2nd floor is the guest bedroom that features a Queen Bed with a Hall bath. As you enter the 3rd stairwell this takes you to the 3rd bedroom which is an extra large oceanfront bedroom featuring 4 twins.
Note: No Bathroom is available on the main level
There is a small swimming pool on the non-oceanside of the complex
Charcoal/Gas Grilling is Prohibited on the property!
No Pets, Guests, or Visitors Allowed! No Parties!
Parking is available for 3 small or 2 large automobiles in the Driveway Only! No Parking is allowed on the Grass!!

A hidden jewel
Had an amazing vacation at this spot and cannot wait to visit again. This place has beachfront views and is just a short boardwalk to the beach. Vehicle access is available less than a mile down beach. Beach is not crowded most of the time and if you need a night out, an uber ride and back to downtown is pretty affordable.With two bathrooms the water was always hot as well even after multiple showers, another huge plus.This place has lots of space for all your needs. I recommend any large family or friend group for this extremely well kept stay!

We had a great stay. Location to the beach was perfect. Check in and communication with the host was so quick and easy. I gave it 4 stars due to the hard beds. All the beds were very uncomfortable. Only bad thing I can say about our stay.
