Destination Amelia welcomes you to 1132 Beach Walker on Amelia Island, FL. This fully-renovated oceanfront villa boasts fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space for relaxing with your loved ones. Located in the popular Beach Walker Villas in the picturesque Amelia Island Plantation resort community, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers easy access to the beach and the renovated complex pool.

The villa's unique multi-level design includes an open-concept kitchen and living area on the main floor and bedrooms on upstairs levels. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living/dining area as well as the elevated primary bedroom.

The property has been beautifully decorated and generously well-stocked. The owners renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms, and installed all-new flooring recently. Now guests can enjoy all the upgrades for the same great rate!

Golf is available at many great courses in the area and various shops on island offer bike and golf cart rentals. Local tour operators can take you out on kayak and/or paddle boarding excursions or to sail on Amelia Island's fabled waterways. From the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, daily river cruises take passengers to see local attractions like Fort Clinch, to spot wildlife on neighboring Cumberland Island, or to wave goodbye to the day with a spectacular sunset.

As a well-known culinary destination, Amelia Island has no shortage of fine dining restaurants preceded over by award-winning chefs. There are also many causal eateries and waterfront hangouts to ensure everyone finds something to satisfy!

Multiple dining options can be found right within the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) for guests who wish to stay close to the rental. The gated AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.

As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and a local area guide sharing our favorite restaurants, attractions, and more. Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals!

*Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests. Beautiful

The unit was beautiful and beautifully decorated and well stocked. It is a much further walk to the beach than i expected with a lot of stairs. So, beware of that but some of it is shaded with trees which keeps the sun off in that section. It is oceanfront so the view is beautiful!

Wonderful Mother's Day stay

Place was just as advertised. Pictures were accurate. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Cleanliness superb. Loved the view. Pool deck, could have laid there all weekend. One thing I would change is the comfort of the balcony chairs. Not a game changer though

Perfect setting

What a beautiful natural setting and the amenities were amazing. Walking down to the beach and seeing turtles in their natural habitat was a treat. The beach was very private and quiet with tons of shells to discover. The view from the master bedroom window was gorgeous, so nice to wake up to. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room. My family was very pleased with our trip to Amelia Island, so quaint, great restaurants and the Par 3 golf course was amazing.

Wonderful property and a great vacation

Having staffed a client event at the Omni Amelia Island property a few years ago, I was already familiar with the quality of the overall property, but this clean, bright and well appointed condo surpassed even my high expectations! Even though it is privately owned, it reflects the same level of quality. This newly renovated condo was clean, beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 (mom, dad, toddler and grandma). The multiple levels gave everyone plenty of space. The view was perfect. The communication and check-in process was excellent and so easy — very professional! The walk to the pool and beach was easy. Grandma thought it seemed a bit far and took advantage of the benches along the path to rest along the way on day one, but by day two she was all in, finding it a very easy walk. The outdoor pool was too cold for swimming but that was only a minor disappointment in an otherwise perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay - Quiet Time of Year

Property is exactly as described. Great views from balcony and master bedroom. Pool area was extremely convenient to the unit and was spacious. Getting to the beach is easy although there are a few steps to maneuver - they are spaced out and its a easy walk. There are some beach toys and chairs in the unit. But we chose to order beach and umbrella service from Riptide Watersports and although it is a little pricey - it was worth the price us to walk down to the beach where our umbrella and chairs were waiting. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in gorgeous home

Home is exactly as pictured. There are plenty of amenities, supplies, and space for a larger family. The decor is beautiful. Everyone agreed their beds were very comfortable. The only niggling comment I would make is that the outdoor chairs on the deck are very large for the space and make it hard to navigate getting in and out of the door. Other than that it was fantastic, and the location to both the beach and the surrounding destinations like restaurants and shops is perfect.

Great views Nice property

I really enjoyed the stay at Beach Walker. Great views from the balcony. Awesome boardwalk through the trees to the pool/beach! Huge pool. Nicely decorated unit. Only complaint is that there is no shelf of any kind in master shower. No where to put soap or shampoo other than the floor. A simple suction cupped shelf could work. Also no fans/ventilation in bathrooms. Otherwise awesome place. I’d definitely recommend.

Nice 3BR needs Wi-Fi upgrade

The property is great except for continually getting booted from Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi also had severe problems handling more than two devices. Wi-Fi also would not recognize the correct PW in many instances. It seemed to get tangled when more than one user with more than one device required service. Kitchen was tight for two people and could benefit from an in sink disposal. Persistent construction noise in January with beeping cranes.

The Omni facility is well thought out and well run. The multi floor layout gave us nice space for parents and kids alike. Well kept unit, and the access to the beach was great.

Lovely home, lots of stairs indoors and out, gorgeous natural setting

Thank you for a wonderful week in your lovely home in such a gorgeous, natural setting. Great location/pool/parking/decor/ washing machine/dryer/beach gear. Tweaks for next guests: Front door sticks and was difficult to open. Wish the listing would have mentioned the 3 sets of stairs with openings up and down on each landing-not super conducive to a toddler without baby gates- brought one(left it there for the next guest) but needed two for peace of mind. Speaking of stairs-discovered the other 2 ways to the beach avoiding most of the outdoor stairs-might be nice to add those to the email for those of your guests with mobility issues-bad knees, etc. We knew we were safe from fires due to super sensitive smoke alarm-set it off every time we opened oven after cooking bacon. Galley kitchen was good had everything but could use better knives. Master bedroom shower door leaked water all over floor in minutes-overcame it with a rolled up towel every time we showered. We cleaned the mb fan for the next guest- could have used one for each of the middle bedrooms that got the afternoon sun on the windows. View from mb was indeed fabulous. Sunrises on the balcony-stunning! Overall we truly enjoyed our visit there.

1132 beachwalker villa

Great views, close to beach access. Villa was a bit smaller than it seems. Bathroom in master is very small. If you plan on cooking the ventilation is terrible. Kitchen fills up with smoke quickly.

Wonderful week at Beachwalker

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amelia Island. The condo looked like it had just recently been updated. Beautifully decorated. VERY clean! The only negative was the people who clean the pool area took our beach towels and put them in the trash even though it was way past dawn when we put them out at the pool. Future renters be aware of this. We had a very nice week!

Start with the positives: Super location and Resort. Great for relaxation. Excellent views, beach and pool. Negatives: Property management needs more staffing. Hard to communicate. Front door lock did not work (glad we arrived early to address as it took several hours). Property does not come with a wide selection of beach gear (chairs/umbrellas, etc need to be replaced). Master bathroom extremely low water pressure and very very cramped. Windows/screens in master are extremely dirty. They need to be cleaned. Ageing property so expect / count on repairs during your stay.
