The space
This cozy apartment is located in Moncrief Park. 3 Minutes off of the i95 highway.
3 Security cameras with motion sensor lights surround the house.
The highway is on one side to the house, while it’s sits on a 5,000 sf lot.
You are at the end of the street so you have complete privacy outside of the downstair neighbors which I hardly ever see.

Pull into your personal parking space, step out on to the gravel and walk towards your home away from home.
Once you walk in, you will be in the living room. On your right will be a Big Screen TV Complete with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, EPSN+, & HBO. If you need to work, under it has a work station with available usb ports and a comfy executive chair that lets you lazar focus, and lean all the way back when you need a break.
In the Kitchen you will see the stove, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot and full kitchen with stone countertop. Open the fridge and grab some water its been a long trip.
The dining table is across, nice, boutique table with high bar stools. Enjoy your cozy breakfast while still being able to watch the morning news. Or grab dinner while keeping an eye on the movie still.
From here you can make your way into your bedroom. The Master bedroom has a 55inch tv mounted for perfect viewing from laying on the bed. Also complete with Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, EPSN+, & HBO. Another room has an arcade. Each room has USB Ports with a multi charging cable just so you can have full battery on every wake up. Overhead light and lamps so you can adjust the light to your comfort.
12 pillows in total so enough to go around.

You have your own driveway that you can park in. A front fence so you can enjoy the backyard with some seats for you to relax in.
