This hotel needs huge improvement and renovation. Very disappointing, should be classified as Single Tree if you see what I mean. Why does Hilton put its brand over this type of hotel? We had room 817, A/C noisy and connected with taped wires, very dangerous if you travel with young kids, bathroom door and balcony door have to be replaced, etc.. And it’s not cheap at all to sleep there! Totally overpriced. All A/Cs in corridors are as noisy as airplanes during takeoff

On site parking is available and easy via qrcode. Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant / bar is open until 11pm, food and service are great!

Perfect if you have an early morning flight from JAX - room feels a little dated and even though I reserved a king bed they didn’t have any - got a room with 2 full - no big deal

Loved the cookie. Transportation to the airport was readily available at 4 AM made the early morning flight go smoothly.

Prepare to pay $10 per night for your parking spot. The hotel inside is neglected, the room had terrible smell I had to use my body spray on the bed sheets a few times in the one day we stayed because it was disgusting. There was not garbage bags in the trash, only one small hand soap, tissue paper box empty they arranged 5 tissue papers on top to make it look like is full. The staff is dry but somewhat professional. At night the parking lot is well lit and clean.
