We had an interesting time checking in, as they had a new “zoom” like agent, plus a staff person onsite. 2 of my pillows were a bit lumpy.

The sheets were filthy, obviously had not been cleaned. I paid for a NON smoking room but the room had definitely been smoked in but it was late and I was too tired to change the room

Probably would not stay again

I give this a 7 out of 10. Room was clean and comfortable and price was very economical. The score is only a 7 as the walls are very thin, the flushing of toilets sound like a freight train and you can hear it from surrounding rooms, as well as all noise from surrounding rooms. We had neighbors who were partying until 2am. If you can sleep through anything, then this is a great place, if you are like most, I don’t recommend it. Towels are super thin and small and you only get 1 per person (2 people in room = 2 towels). Amenities of soap and shampoo were nice. Breakfast was very minimal, coffee, wrapped donuts or muffins and looked like maybe empanadas in refrigerator. We skipped the breakfast. Outlet by sink did not work and the hairdryer was bolted to the wall there. Luckily I went to the office and they had a hairdryer that I was able to use in another outlet in the room. Staff was personable. Noise and towels were my biggest issues. Checkin was interesting with a kiosk where you talked to a live person but remotely!
