This self-contained one-room suite has its own private entrance, its own backyard deck, and everything you need for a proper beach escape. Sorry, No pets.
 
The suite
Step through your private entrance into a space that's been set up to do one thing well: let you settle in and unwind. A king bed dressed in soft linens anchors the room, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable whatever the Florida weather decides to bring. Towels, bed sheets, and bathroom essentials are all provided so you can travel light.
 
Bathroom
The private bathroom is entirely yours - a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and bathroom essentials ready when you are. No sharing, no scheduling around anyone else.
 
Workspace
A dedicated desk with chair and Wifi connection gives you a proper place to work if the week follows you to the beach. Map out the day's plans, get ahead on emails, or close the laptop and head outside early - the choice is yours.
 
Kitchen & dining
A mini-fridge keeps your drinks and snacks cold, and a one-cup Keurig handles your morning coffee. Hangers and an iron are available for keeping things neat on longer stays.
 
Outdoor space
The backyard deck is where the day slows down for good. Fire up the BBQ grill - barbecue utensils included - and let the evening stretch out around you. It's an open, genuinely relaxing space, and one of the things guests mention most when they come back.
 
Entertainment & safety
A TV with standard cable is on hand when you're ready to wind down. For peace of mind, the suite also includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
 
Parking & arrival
One free driveway parking space is included, and self check-in via keypad means you arrive on your own schedule - no waiting, no coordination needed.
 
Location
Sitting in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, you're two blocks from the shoreline and an easy walk from local dining, shopping, and everything the beach town has going on. Whether it's a weekend getaway or a longer stretch, the location takes care of a lot on its own.

This is a private suite within an owner-occupied home, offering a separate entrance and a comfortable, self-contained stay for up to two guests.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
