Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach [4-min walk to the Beach]!!

Permit RRDP00918-2019 Owner-operated, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom two story condo located within a 5 minute walk to a quiet beach area where locals and nearby homeowners throw down their towels, chairs, and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Use the provided beach cart to easily load the chairs and boogie boards included with the rental.

After spending time at the beach either collecting shells, fossilized shark’s teeth, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, you can return to your comfortable and quiet vacation condo for a quick plunge in the pool located just feet from the back porch. If you are a tennis player, your vacation condo is also just a few steps away for a quick game or two.

If you love to cook and feel like cooking on vacation then our well equipped kitchen with new appliances and cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and large expanses of counter space will meet your every need. If you want to head out on the town for lunch or dinner then a couple of my favorite downtown spots are The Green Turtle and The Salty Pelican. Feel free to contact me during your stay about things to do in the area and restaurants that I think you'll like!

Fabulous Fernandina!

Wonderful location, very comfortable, nicely furnished -- first time to Fernandina and we fell in love! It was a great place to stay and highly recommend! Easy access from back porch to pool and to walk to beach!!

Pretty place

No instructions (on how to lock the door), never could find dumpster. Bed was very soft and had a mattress topper that did not fit and polyester sheets so kept sliding off and sheets came off. Coffee pot did not work, Keurig tasted awful and first cup I picked up had lipstick on it (not mine). Electrical outlet not in electric box so coming off wall a bit unnerving.

The property was as if it were brand new. Only small problem-- would have liked more bath towels. Having the beach buggy to carry all beach items was a life saver. Over all, everything was great!!

Excellent Condo

This condo was excellent. Well stocked for beach time! Chairs, towels, toys, cooler, beach cart was all provided. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean, comfortable beds. The beach is so close a 2 minute walk, pool was great. I would stay here again! Kathy the owner is very responsive and there are instructions everywhere from how to operate the TVs to the expectation when you leave. We found this all very helpful. This condo was perfect for my 2 kids, myself and my husband. Thanks Kathy!

We love this condo!

We love this condo! Always a pleasure to stay here. Ms. Kathy is always communicative and a great host. Two blocks from the beach and many great restaurants are only a short drive away. The week was looking suspect regarding the weather but turned out to be gorgeous! Our fourth year here, and we certainly plan to return.
