Close to everything
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just finished a week stay and the condo was wonderful - plenty of room, beach front, comfortable, and close to everything (dining, shopping….). The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication! If you’re looking for a relaxed stress-free vacation, this is the place for you.

The home is somewhat outdated, but more importantly everything was very clean upon arrival. Management frequently checked in with us prior to and at the beginning of our stay, which was nice.

Great location but tired
Publié le 14 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the property was great — easy distance to restaurants and town and right on beach. Property inside was tired and needs maintenance. Carpet is stained, paint is faded and scratched, boardwalk needs to be power washed, shower heads need to be replaced. Main tv is only 32 inch. Dirty under bed and couches. Couches were old and faded with a couple small holes.

Thanksgiving trip
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time in Amelia Island. The location was PERFECT!! It is right on the beach. You can sit on the deck and enjoy a gorgeous view. The duplex was very, very spacious!

Awesome beachfront property!
Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was the second time we booked this rental. Love that it is pet friendly and right on the ocean! Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a great fall break trip to the beach!

Private beach access!!
