This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, situated in a picturesque landscape of oaks and palms, provides the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The first floor features an airy, open floor plan with the dining area, living area, and fully equipped kitchen all in one large great room. The serene blue colored walls along with the coastal décor create a tranquil setting that will make you feel right at home.

The living area offers a large khaki sectional with a sleeper sofa chair and a flat screen TV. The dazzling luxury kitchen with its stunning granite counters, stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating for two, and white shaker style cabinets has everything you need to prepare a scrumptious family meal after a day filled with sand and sun. The glass dining table seats six and welcomes you with its elegant place settings. Just off of the living area is a private patio ideal for reading under the shade of the beautiful live oaks. For added convenience a full bath with a single walk in shower and a washer and dryer is also located off the entryway.

Walking upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a king size bed and spacious closets. The master bedrooms, equip with a mounted, flat screen TV, offers fresh blue bedding and contemporary décor. The second roomy bedroom features two queen beds with matching white wicker headboards and colorful bedding. The newly renovated upstairs bathroom, attached to the master and right across the hall from the second bedroom, features double sinks and a beautiful white vanity with a gorgeous granite countertop.

This relaxing retreat is only a 5-7 minute walk from the pristine Amelia Island beach. Only a short walk from the villa is a community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a picnic and grilling area, and a playground. The scenic paved walk around the Forest Ridge community provides a safe recreational venue and a great place walking pets!

This property allows up to 2 dogs that weigh no more than 100 lbs together- $150 Pet Fee

This property was perfect for our family’s extended vacation. Our pup was welcome and there were plenty of places to walk him. The beach and pool are a big plus. We love the area and there are lots of places within walking distance via the beautiful shore. The property managers are great as well. Would definitely love to come back.

Amelia Island November Get-Away

Had a great week in mid-November for beach getaway to Amelia Island. Unit is in good condition, excellent location near the beach and plenty of very good restaurants in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place

It was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed sitting on balcony watching squirrels and enjoying our coffee. Had lots of kitchen utensils, pans and dishes to use for cooking. Kids loved swimming in pool. Close to beach. We drove most of time but daughter and kids did walk one day. Amelia Island Getaway contacted several times checking to make sure everything was ok. Only downside on this place is downstairs bathroom was very small but it did have a shower and my fault for not paying close attention, there were quite a few steps to carry luggage up to get in apartment. Amelia Island is very nice. We did not have as much time to explore as I would have liked. I would stay here again and definitely want to come back to Amelia Island.

Fun in Fernandina

We had a great week, minus the daily rainstorms. The place was comfy, perfect size, convenient, and had all we needed. So thankful for the pet friendly availability. Our schnauzer enjoyed the trip also. My brother & family were in the same complex, and my sister has a place just around the corner. We were able to get a lot of family time in. The trees & grounds are beautiful! Next trip we'll try to make it to the pool & play pickleball.

Tranquil Island Getaway

The townhouse met all our expectations. It’s location in the back of Forest Ridge makes it very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach or drive to downtown. There are quite a few steps from parking lot to the unit, so could be a problem for some folks. We would stay here again. The management company was easy to work with and provided all the basic supplies you need to begin your stay.

Nice rental. Accommodated 6 ppl comfortably. Short walk to the beach. Only minor issue that occurred was we lost Wi-Fi. The rental agent took care of it the following day and all was well.
