No Internet. People trying to guess my door code. That end of the street is condemned, apparently. They took the numbers off of the building while I was there. The street is blocked for traffic and basically unusable for pedestrians on that side. There were workers emptying houses and different cars there every day. They dug up the driveway with a jackhammer while I was there. They shut the water off while I was there. No where to put anything. No where to sit and eat. No walk in closet. Not exactly as close as described. Host claimed to be fixing the Internet, but they were emptying the house out.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was super nice and accommodating. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee every morning. The area seemed safe. The only downside I would note is the parking is super tight. You have to squeeze between 2 large vans in back. Also, if you’re expecting to have a sitting area with grass as pictured, this unit does not have any outdoor areas. I booked thinking my dogs could run around. Over all this is a great little place to stay!

The place was beautiful, extremely clean, and very easy to access. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The one-minute walk to the beach was amazing, and being within walking distance of so many great restaurants and spots made it even better!

Great location, close to the beach. Host was excellent, I had an early flight and I was able to get in early. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The only thing wrong was the flooring was coming up by the couch, and caught my foot. Everything else was great and would recommend.

Perfect location!

This is an awesome little apartment and was perfect for my solo trip to Jax Beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, and I felt very safe. It's a quick walk to the beach and right by Neptune Beach with lots of great restaurants and shops. I wish I could have stayed longer and next time, I will definitely bring a bike! There is so much to explore.
